Fresh Raw Local Honey

We have honey!! 🍯🐝

This batch is something special! It is the darkest batch we've ever harvested from our own hives, with a beautiful, rich, deep color and robust flavor.

Our honey is always wildflower honey, so every harvest reflects whatever our bees are finding around them. Based on what's been blooming in our area and a little research, we think there may be some local buckwheat or black sage in the mix this time contributing to this batch's unusually dark color. Of course, only the bees know for sure. 🐝

This particular batch was harvested from our apiary between San Miguel and Paso Robles. It's raw, lightly filtered, and never heated, keeping it as close to the hive as possible.
